Barwon FM Pty Ltd was established in October 2011 by Mark Jackman with a clear vision: to provide reliable, professional, and responsive built environment maintenance services to commercial organisations throughout Geelong and Western Victoria.
Before founding Barwon FM, Mark spent more than 20 years managing large-format retail operations, including senior management roles with Officeworks and Bunnings. This extensive operational experience fostered a strong customer-first philosophy, an unwavering commitment to service delivery, and a practical understanding of the importance of safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities.
In recent years, Brett Jackman joined the business as Operations Manager, bringing more than 15 years of commercial construction management experience. A graduate of Deakin University with a Bachelor of Construction Management, Brett adds significant technical expertise, project management capability, and industry knowledge to the Barwon FM team.
